Hands down the best financial institution I’ve ever done business with , even as an employee if another financial institution, I was treated way better as a customer at y-12fcu !the people are always helpful and diligent as well as friendly.

I’ve been with Y-12 almost four years. I got their app right way. Contacting them for help is no problem. Solving the problems can be quick and I’ve gotten it done once at night before. The transferring and depositing is very easy and fast. I love the bank and their app.
Can’t print my monthly eStatement

Very disappointed with the new app & updated full website for monthly eStatements. I can view my statements easily but I can’t print my eStatements from the app or the full website. Frustrating.
Won’t work

I use an iPhone 12, updated settings, and this app will not work at all. I’ve made 3 calls to customer service and the tech team says they cannot give me a reason why I cannot log on. Always says “invalid login” for my valid information (which has been double checked and verified by customer service numerous times). I’m extremely capable to login to an app, and so is my senior software project engineer husband, and neither one of us can do it. Very frustrating when I just need to deposit a check. I’ll probably just go to another CU in the long run. UPDATE: I contacted customer service four times in three weeks, as last week I got kicked out again. I spent 25 minutes trying to solve the app possibly with the agent (who called tech support) and was told they have never seen this problem, and from there end they couldn't figure it out, so the app just won't work for me. Her words exactly.

The people at this bank are so nice and willing to help in any issues you might have or ask. Enjoy service which is usually very quick and they always thank me for banking with them.
Face recognition

The face recognition goes away every time you have an update . I haa was very used other apps and none of them have this problem. I’m very frustrated with every time I return I have to enter my password. Please fix it! Thank you.
