Bring back the old app!! This one rarely ever works properly. Please either fix this or keep the old one.
Horrible App
Will Crash
After using other banking apps this one falls way short. The design is horrible and extremely basic. To switch from banking to check depositing you have to sign back in. It lacks important information on the initial screen. they need someone to design a GUI before they ever take it to coding. It's so bad I just bypass the app and go straight on to the mobile site

There is no good reason why Y12 is forcing this abomination on its clients by forcefully retiring the old app. I don't know how this passed any quality assurance tests at all. 1. It doesn't work. It's a mobile banking app that doesn't let me use mobile banking. What point is there to it? 2. It looks worse than apps designed in 2005. The UI and the UX are both over a decade behind current principles. This might be tolerable if it worked at all. I'm actually considering closing my Y12 account after using this. If they cannot design a basic app for mobile banking, then how are they handling my money?

This app vs the other one is like night and day. I'm so confused. I just got a new phone yesterday and now the app has suddenly vanished and there's this junk. Hmph

This app is easily the worst app ever. I rarely review apps but I felt compelled to in the hope it will be fixed soon. It is staggeringly bad. This app is so bad it would have to improve in order to be terrible. If you think I'm joking, download it. I can't even begin to enumerate the ways in which it disappoints. It is absolute crap.

This app is simply the website in tiny print! I want the old app. Its ridiculously hard to pay bills now, and it continually needs me to sign back in, EVEN WHILE IM STILL ACTIVE. Absolutely hate it. Easier to go right to bank url
