Won’t work – Y-12 Federal Credit Union Review

I use an iPhone 12, updated settings, and this app will not work at all. I’ve made 3 calls to customer service and the tech team says they cannot give me a reason why I cannot log on. Always says “invalid login” for my valid information (which has been double checked and verified by customer service numerous times). I’m extremely capable to login to an app, and so is my senior software project engineer husband, and neither one of us can do it. Very frustrating when I just need to deposit a check. I’ll probably just go to another CU in the long run. UPDATE: I contacted customer service four times in three weeks, as last week I got kicked out again. I spent 25 minutes trying to solve the app possibly with the agent (who called tech support) and was told they have never seen this problem, and from there end they couldn't figure it out, so the app just won't work for me. Her words exactly.
