Has random errors and should be updated more new phones with old apps don’t work well together . I pay payments on my car through the app and sometimes the payments don’t show up “ever” even though I did pay . then they hit me with a repo fee of 450 dollars telling me it’s my fault “my responsibility” told them about how the app needs fixed up and updated more but they say cut me off and tell me to pay more fees

I can’t find my personal information on this app as my address or even my bank account. I tried to use the chat with a representative but all their services ends at 5:30pm. They are not making it easy!!!

This app is easy to use and navigate! I love the face recognition option for an even quicker login, too!

It gets 3 stars because it is a working app, but gosh it opens so slow it’s a bummer

Lots of features appear to be missing in this latest update, but most importantly the “make a mortgage payment” is missing so not sure how I will pay it as usual. Hopefully this gets fixed ASAP.
Shared Branch
money woes
Wish you would become a shared branch again. I receive funds from another credit union and need to be able to move funds from each account to the other.
