Cannot get my new XYGPS to respond

Drewre1

My new XYGPS unit worked for 5 minutes then it died. I only works for 2-3 days on a full charge. Now I cannot get my new XYGPS to respond, show any lights, link to Bluetooth or cellular, or share information in any way. So far, this unit is a big waste of money! Don’t buy it now! Wait for the bugs and better battery life to be worked out!

I STARTED WITH THE 3 IT DIDNT WORK THEN THEY SENT ME REPLACEMENTS THEN JUST UPGRADED ME TO 4+ AND ITS STILL NOT WORKING AS CLAIMED!!

If I could give it less I would

Music=Life78

Absolutely worthless. I’ve tried to use this twice with two different fobs. Neither one worked. One time the item ended up being in the car I was in and nothing alerted me. If I could get my money back I would. DO NOT BUY THIS!!

Works well

Great

MackK1446

I have several tags. I usually use it to find my keys and it works great. The only issue is the keepnear function worked for 2 days and hasn't since. That was the main reason I bought these but at least I can manually find my keys.

Completely useless

This hasn’t updated my tags location at all. Not with the money. Definitely invest in a more well known product

Not impressed

MamaZ1995

I cannot get this to work with my iPhone 6s. It will not ring my phone no matter what I try.

Useless

Tried two units, neither worked. Don't waste your time or money.

Absolutely Disappointed

Craigart

I’m literally 40 feet from where I placed my xy (put it in my wife’s car). Turned it on, synced to my iPad and placed the device. Says it’s out of range.... 40 feet!!! $139.00 not so well spent. Calling today...

So far, big disappointment

I recently received the XY4. The instructions enclosed directed me to their website to set it up. A lot of the instructions were out of date and few dealt with the 4. After getting confused I decide to contact support only to find out that the entire support team was “off line”. Very frustrating. After leaving messages seeking help, someone from XY emailed me wanting details as to what my problems were. That was hard to do because I had no idea exactly what this product was suppose to be doing. But I did respond and two days later I have had no response. My advice is that if you are going to buy this device you use PayPal to do so. PP is easier to deal with when you are having problems with an online seller. I like the general concept of this product but so far it is not preforming, I have little idea what its essential functions are, and there is no one responsive from the seller. Bad news.
