Got a 3 pack of X2's on Meh. The iOs app won't be able to save X2s to your account soooooo download the app on an Android device (Borrow a friends?) and add them there! Once they're added to your account your iOs app will be able to access them ?

Before the upgrade I could at least make the finders sound off, even if I couldn’t add them to the app. Now I cannot even connect to them. Save your money do not buy any products from this company

I received these for Christmas two years ago. It was a piece of crap then and still a piece of crap now. The APP never works. When and if it does work, the GPS tracker basically shows you a general location of the item on a map. If you lost your keys and looked at the map it just show your house on the map with a dot. There used to be a beep function so you can hear where your item is but that doesn’t ever work either. If and when the beeping does work it is so faint and quiet that even a mouse fart is louder than that. The tracker itself is thick and a little bulky for keys. With it being as big as it is I would expect it to be louder and have better technology. There should be a way for it to let you know that you are getting close to the unit or count down how many feet away you are as you approach it. Don’t waste your time or money. There are better trackers out there.

I really don't get some of the 1-star reviews. I've had my XY tag for about a week and it's great! I can make it beep from anywhere in my apartment, so losing keys isn't an issue anymore. The GPS isn't perfect, that's for sure... but what do you people want?! It's a little device with a watch battery inside of it! The fact it gives you any feedback about its location is impressive enough! Honestly, I have no complaints about this tag or app. Both work great. Don't listen to the whiners.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. If you want to roll the dice on finding stuff use this or a trackr. The most reliable one I’ve used is a tile. I was hoping one of the battery operated trackers would work well cuz the downfall with tile is you have to buy new ones each year. I think reliability is priority if you lose your stuff and this one can’t find stuff while holding it in your hand. Frustrating at best! Avoid this product unless you just want to waste time and money! I am a tech guy and this does not make the cut! STAY FAR AWAY!!

It’s a great idea, but the batteries only last a few days. I got mine a year ago for Christmas and the battery died 2 weeks later. I put a brand new battery in it last Saturday as we were in an area I’ve never been so I hid it in my car to find it, it’s now Wednesday and the battery is already dead. It’s a great concept, but how come the batteries only last a few days?

2 of the last 5 updates have made the devices not work at all ?♂️ not a great track record
OK kkkk
Glitchy and very laggy. Keeps telling me my location services are turned off even though it's definitely turned on. If you wander to a more rural or remote place you can almost forget finding it unless it's 10 feet away from you and can be picked up via Bluetooth.
