I bought XY product based on there ad They never mention that this product work only 100-150feet max , not what I expected ??????

This is one of the best tracking devices I have used so far I highly recommend it to anybody that wants and effective unit with good results

iPad interface won’t go to full screen and instead crops the window such that part of the interface is masked. The iPhone app does this also sometimes. The app should also have a feedback link and an onboard help index as opposed to going to the website for every question.

Bought this when saw add on Instagram. Add shows putting it on a vehicle then person tracking it on maps on iPhone. Not realistic. It only works on Bluetooth, so maybe 30ft range. Totally misleading add.

Frustrating

This service is frustrating. Each time I open the app to find the device, it is always “searching”. not sure what the problem is but it can only occasionally find a device. Help!

I have no issues with either the COIN app nor the xy network app yet this app just doesn’t work for me as it can’t seem to detect my brand new sentinel. It’s the newest one with 4 holes, number 4, and the button and while my coin app and xy network app can detect it, this app cannot as much as I’ve tried and I really want to make use of the find it technology. I enjoy mining and all but the whole thing would be a lot more useful to me if it could detect my XY4 sent -_-

I love how this app uses the XY sentinels to locate the items attached to it! I now have one on my keys and plan to get another for my wallet! I’m always paranoid about having all my important stuff, when I leave any location. This will, already has, made my life a lot less stressful ☺️❤️

This product just does NOT work. Great concept. I was excited. I live in Dallas. Any tracker that is more than 3 feet away cannot be found with this software. Little to no help online. Save ur money!!

Got this about 9 months ago and didn’t have any problems. Now it is a frustrating mess. 90% of the time it can’t find my device, even when I’m standing right over it, and the 10% of the time it locates the device, it doesn’t make any noise (which I was told was supposed to be the best feature). I had Tile for two years before I was given this as a present, and I see no reason to continue using this over Tile.
