I’m glad to have *some* visibility into our Internet usage. But I really want to know: 1. What date or time is the bar on that graph? Was the kid watching video after 10 pm? 11 PM? Midnight? 2. Which device used how many gigabytes of data when. We constantly use more than a terabyte, but it’s kind of difficult to coach people when the only data you have is “zero”, “very high”, or somewhere in between. Is the Nest cam using 500 GB? Is the basement XBox streaming Hulu 24x7 even when the TV is off?

Why do you haft to ruin people's lives with this app? You already cause enough people's damage with your data caps, now you are running kids lives and not caring because you get all the money in the world. I hope someone can stop all of this, Comcast

It’s a great app but i been experiencing login issues. Most of the time it wont log me in while on wifi, I’m often having to switch to my carrier network to be able to log in. Great app but it still needs a little bit of work.

Great app for collecting all of the Xfinity WiFi users’ data in one place. Easy set up and useful functions (like bedtime). However, I wish the app would alert users when they have been “paused” or “bedtimed” with an alert screen or warning banner on their devices. Otherwise, continued operation just eats away at our data allotment.

Not sure what is going on, but I find myself waiting 30 secs or longer after selecting different tasks, i.e. view devices, pause access for a profile, etc. I can never figure out if the app had timed out or it’s just that slow. Horrible user experience.

Great app. I would recommend adding the ability to take a picture of a device when personalizing a device. That would be a good feature to add.
