App’s delay response is awful – Xfinity Review

Not sure what is going on, but I find myself waiting 30 secs or longer after selecting different tasks, i.e. view devices, pause access for a profile, etc. I can never figure out if the app had timed out or it’s just that slow. Horrible user experience.
