Love the concept and usability

I have a young son in the house, so this is great setting times he can and can’t access the internet. It helps with the watching of what sites are gone to as well. It also helps with seeing who and what devices attempt to connect to my network. Being able to place them in groups and profiles makes home management a cinch.

Getting more for what you pay for. It’s nice to be able to keep track of who’s who and what’s what. Could get better over time.

I have Had great experience with Xfinity TV and Internet, where is fast I do think it has slowed down some since we first hooked up.

Such a step up from my last provider. I love the ability to assign different devices to different profiles! My only request is that you make it possibly to view data usage of each device separately.

Just my xFi modem and I love. The setup was simple. I never realized how many devices are actually in the house. I only wish I could see the usage per device.

The app is great but I have one issue with it and that is that none of the devices on the list have the correct names so I don’t know what is each device so I can’t tell what device is who’s or if some random person is connected to my WiFi I don’t know if this is just in my case or if this is happening to everyone

It’s really hard to set up if you don’t know your devices by there MAC address but as soon as you do this thing is great
So Easy to use!

Cuts down on setup time and definitely makes it so much easier to change any settings or setups in the household without having to even get up.
