Even though in xfinity customer i own my modem so apparently i cannot use this service

For some reason, the app takes a lot of time to find and load devices now. used to work better earlier.

I signed out then try to sign in again, never happen. Deleted the app, reinstalled and still not able to sign in. Not showing the keyboard to type in. Be dissatisfied.

I love the way you can control your children’s viewing times and have it at your fingertip at all times! Wonderful but hard to figure out which device is which when there are literally 30 different electronic devices in our home that’s my only issue and that might just be me lol
