App is horrible and lets you do basically nothing but pay your bill! You can’t look up channels, Services, or plans! Every option is just “you must call and sit on hold and get the runaround”! Prices way too high for what you get. Same old movies daily. Beginning to look for service elsewhere. Not happy.

Every month I go to check my account, and the past 2 months it showed I have a credit to my account. The first time for $60 and the second for $10. When I call to be sure there is a credit I am told there is not. So why do you all keep posting this to my account?? Thankfully, I am not one of those ppl that takes things for face value & would’ve ignored it without paying. I am a single mom on a fixed income and cannot have Comcast playing with my money each month, and have me wasting my time to contact you all about something so petty.

How about Xfinity get with the times and update this and all it’s apps to allow for use of facial recognition for Apple/ Android to open the app/ account!
Easy to check WiFi & Pay bill but no touch security

Saves me so much time to use this app to see and pay my bill and check WiFi signal & modem to easily diagnose & fix problems or see outage reports! Touch security disappeared so I need to input long password each time I use it! ?
