Took away features and still needs improvement

This app is one of those necessary evils to use with Xfinity. Unfortunately, there is no dark mode (still), the screen can’t be zoomed into (still), and I’ve lost the ability to manage the phone. No calls and no voicemail support any more. I agree with others on the chat. It’s near useless unless you like being in a bot loop telling you to reboot or unplug your modem.


A useless app for horrific service

Xfinity has serious issues. I haven’t been with them more than two months and they had two unplanned outages. But the cherry on top is their app. It doesn’t help you when you need updates and reassurances. It doesn’t even give a you contact to call and talk to a person if have more specific questions. Honestly, it’s frustrating dealing with these people and this app.

Comcast is horrible

Called to add home internet. Received the shipment but no modem. I have called 5 times but still no modem. Customer service was no help and would just lie to me to get me off the phone. The app is no help. My next call will be to cancel all services. Having a way to communicate on the app would be helpful along with customer service reps who know what they are doing and resolve the issue. Add a customer complaint and email link

Don’t waste your time… they make it extremely difficult to work with them. Plus they charge you for random charges.. if the service was great, I would probably not care about the cost. Just save yourself the headache. My sister and I get charge for different things, yet we’re in the same plan?

The app is designed only to upsell, leading you to new offers, but never the answer to your questions. It is an intractable puzzle when you want to downgrade service in response to the ever-increasing bill. I only have this dumb service because my wife doesn’t like change.

Why isn’t devices on the main page… I’m on the app too long to figure out where to go. When I get to the devices I stumble across it and it randomly appears. This app is not simple and almost pointless to have

I’m constantly having an issue logging into my account, it’s always saying there was an issue and try again. I’m not able to check anything because I’m always being told there was any error.
