This app is horrible. The channel lineup is off. I was giving feedback n the whole feedback page disappeared. I would call xfinity but gawd knows what the support person is going to do to my service. Last month WiFi was dropping 7-9 times a day (that we know of) & calling support did nothing but make it worse. Nobody knows anything of importance plus they can’t understand our problems because English isn’t their first language. The xfinity apps are all useless, unless you are paying your bill. I’m switching to Frontier this week.

I downloaded this app to track their made-up data usage for my account, but the app is inefficient at that. Their data cap is a scam, and I can’t wait for Google Fibre so I can drop Comcast!

Rarely experience downtime with Xfinity internet, but can check for area downtime so I know it is not the website or my equipment. Longtime Xfinity user.

If managing your account ONLY involved adding options perhaps, have to call them to delete "options" and then it loops and wont go back. Very buggy and error prone.

Ur service has been out twice in 2 Days. Ur app says ur available 24 hrs, but I can’t get anyone on the phone.

Xfinity provides what I pay for, but at the cost of signing a contract for 2-3 years. There is no option to downgrade to save money. You must pay a $100 or so to leave a contract early.

Supposed to use phone to hook up new modem. Nowhere in the app is there a place to hook it up. Just a waste of time
