Inefficient

I'm not able to email this complaint anymore why not? Why are my recordings skipping,pauses and pixels disrupts the show? I've noticed these last few MONTHS my recordings have had a lot of skipping moments, pauses where you miss what they're saying and pixels that disturb the show. Let alone all that but I've also noticed Netflix been a lot of miss matches lip syncing. Very disrupting! Why is this been suddenly happening but getting worse as months go by? Yes I keep up with daily system refresh always! So this should not be happening. I know it's internet that's doing this because I have a smart TV with amazon prime never get this problem!


Still can’t add email address

I signed in to “my account” on my iPhone X, looked for the user tab to add an email address. There is no user tab.

The customer service part will NOT answer questions. I asked a very pointed question and it still has not been answered. If they don’t benefit they don’t answer. As a customer of about twenty years I expected better from customer retention... WRONG!!! The dollar is their bottom line! If they don’t answer questions, why bother asking? Billing doesn’t answer either. Calling is equally frustrating- the computer makes it hard to address your issues. Not a user friendly app!

This app does not help at all It says refresh shortly after 10mins. Then 10 mins. Past even more and still nothing. When you restart never fail to give you the same message Sorry was not able to send the restart signal Click here for manual instruction What’s the point of all of this. Just a front as if they got it together I have been having problems with my connection every single time Same time every day Always after lunch no internet No tv signal and no phone Then they say oh you haven’t even paid your recent bill - so that’s why. I said what!? It’s not even past due yet. Then the representative said Oh if you don’t pay it and the closer it get to the due date, your band, connections etc... goes slower. Oh so I pay the full freakin amount and yet you get to decide when to slow down my connection. Oh convenient to make money... such a rip off!!!!!!!!!!!! And again this app is just a front - to pretend they are helping us and avoid us calling them.!

The app seems to do everything I need it for.can pay my bill,change my internet options.all away from home. So I'm happy with it.


Nice app but could use improvements

This app does a lot of what I need it to but it would be nice to be able to view my bill in landscape mode. Secondly, I think it would be beneficial for not only to be able to do the chat function like through your website. Sincerely, Sean


Best internet service provider

I love Comcast/xfinity They have the fastest internet with no connection problems ever! Other ISPs always lose connection and have ridiculous equipment costs. Comcast has the best customer service that I’ve experienced. I am moving and I am extremely disappointed that they do not provide service to the area that I am moving to. I will be stuck with horrible, expensive service.
