The app needs to be updated to add Face ID for access!

This app will tell you that 1/2 of your cable boxes are out, which you already know because that’s why you opened the app. It also tells you that you owe money on your bill, which you already know.

The app is easy to use. Most bad reviews come from people who maybe don’t know how to use it. It’s made for what it’s made to do and that’s watch TV on the go. What do people expect?


Bad, much like xfinity

Only have complaints about the service, or lack thereof that I receive. Currently it is 1:15 AM and 40 degrees outside. My internet just went down, and the reasoning is that they are having scheduled maintenance. Not only do I not believe that for a second, but I am paying way too much money per month for internet and HBO to have bad service. Please be more customer oriented.

trying hard to stay loyal

App incorrectly states services are working when they are not. The only way to report an issue is to have someone call you or tweet. There is no way to send an email or text to have someone take a look. Every time we have had to call in ( which has been TOO many) we have spent over an hour on the phone and still no resolution.

What good is the app when the service is continually blinking off? Restarting your modem does nothing to let Comcast know you are DOWN again and you don’t get credit unless you call in anyway. Waste of freaking time.

First of all calling the app “my account” with an extremely tiny graphic means that no one can figure out which icon is for Xfinity. It should be renamed something like Comcast or Xfinity. Secondly, getting into the app is pretty much impossible. It asks me to verify my phone number within 15 minutes by typing in a passcode, but the text doesn’t even come until 20 or 30 minutes later. If they can’t get their backend infrastructure queue to perform, they should switch to Google authenticator. And once I finally found a way to hack in, I wanted to check and see why they jacked up my prices again, and it said I needed to call in order to change my plan. So basically the app is completely worthless. Don’t bother to download it.
