Wonderful hotel and amazing staff, checked in on a Sunday while visiting a sick uncle who happened to pass when we got here. The staff here at this hotel have been so kind! Outstanding front desk staff well I can’t say enough kind words about them and the Managment excellent overall if I could give 10* I would. I will be returning for all my future stays. I especially would like to thank Coleen who was so extremely kind and supportive. A big thank you.. you made our time here comforting. Thank you rm393????

Always find using this App helpful. Can’t remember the last time I actually used the Hyatt website. They make it so easy to book on the app even if it is an award reservation.
Freezes on every page change

The last few versions of this app freeze on every page load and becomes unresponsive. It’s easier to use the website and not as frustrating.
Terrible “support”

App is not working, and the “App Support” tab leads to a page that merely describes what the app is supposed to do, without offering any actual support of any kind. Inexcusable. For me, this sort of unreliability is reason enough to switch hotel programs.

Nothing syncs. Cannot retrieve current reservations or account information. Completely useless app.
Basic things don’t work

Have a Hyatt reservation. Had the hotel add my Hyatt number to the res. When I bring up the app days later, no sign of it. Even when I try to look it up with the confirmation number for check-in, the silly day-night wait icon spins for as long as I will put up with it. As in minutes! Maybe spend more time on the fundamentals than a fancy icon?
