Not very happy

App works good with some bugs . They have great leadership. Most hotels are great. The issue I have is the customer service team through social media. I explained my situation about my stay and was checking up on points and found that I was never credited back points. Thank you Candace for not listening to my concerns. I will remove this if they take my issue serious. Still a loyal member.
Update the map option

I use Hilton and Google maps will not work with rental cars and the Hyatt default map of Apple Maps.
Crashes as soon as I sign in

No idea what happened or how it changed. The app will only open if I’m not signed in. Sign in and it closes. Restarted device removed and reloaded app. Nothing fixes it

If you just focused on the quality of Hyatt Hotels, you would not stay anywhere else, but add the exemplary Customer Service that you receive and you will understand what “World Class” means.

Road trip 2020
COVID Road Trip
Thank you for making it easy to book, review option amenities and best part allowing us to cancel prior reservations we’d made months in advance but cancelled because COVID was exploding in NYC. Looking forward to staying with you again this summer on a road trip out west.
