Where is the App for i-Pad??

It is difficult to comprehend why Hyatt hasn’t been able to deliver an App that is seamless for i-Pad users just yet. Regrettably, for i-Pad users the web version remains superior in functionality to what is available on the App. Please pick up the ball, Hyatt!

App is NOT great

This app is not easy to navigate at all. I have a a lot of hotel apps and this one by far is the WORST. I would not recommend at all.

The previous version of the app looked high end and was easy to use. This app has icons that look like they were free with a 99.00 website. It looks very cheap and is takes forever to move from screen to screen. Hyatt’s attempt to be hip looks downright low rent and dumb.

Old Version Actually Worked

This new updated version is pretty bad. The old Hyatt app was functional, smooth, and user friendly. This one not so much.

App is just ok. No pictures of hotel and no ability to choose own room.

Can’t do online check in anymore

Seriously? I expected more!

Prior to one of the recent app updates you used to be able to check in online via the app and indicate your arrival time This function no longer works When you click to check in and then hit the button to select your time it brings you to a blank page (where you used to be able to actually pick your time) Super frustrating I travel every other week for work and liked this feature as it allowed the hotel to prep my room Please fix this within the app

App will not launch

App crashes 3 seconds after launching. It won’t even fully load. I believe it’s been doing this since the latest IOS release. Reinstalling the app didn’t fix the problem.

Fairly dysfunctional app

Tried to sign up via the app and it wanted me to correct errors...but none existed. I tried a second time and now it rejected because of a potential duplicate account. Yet I can’t sign in. Kind of dysfunctional due loop. Not sure how they let this basic stuff get out live. Must not be anybody overseeing this stuff.

The app icon is just horrific comparing to Bonvoy Hilton or IHG. Please get a new icon logo. Shouldn’t be hard
