No full support for iPad large screen

Terrible to have the iPhone version on iPad. Frequent booking is hard to do and still need to rely on computer.

It’s hard to believe that we’re approaching 10 years since the iPad was released and *still* there is no iPad version of the Hyatt app. Many of us prefer using apps on our iPad rather than our iPhone because they are (usually) easier to read and navigate and generally offer a richer experience. I’m amazed that a luxury brand like Hyatt still does not offer a native iPad version. Really? Come on and get with the times. The revenue you lost just today from people like me who abandoned their search for a Hyatt property out of frustration with their iPad experience would have paid for it!
Stable and functional app. Needs Chat!

This app is great. I use it to book my hotel stays, access mobile key (when available) and keep track of my rewards. My biggest complaint would be around the lack of a chat feature. I don’t do social media and so I won’t signup for Twitter or Facebook to chat with the concierge. So I hope that at some point the Product Manager prioritizes an in-app Chat or Messaging feature for development.

When you achieve Global status their is no hotel in the world that treats you better I’ve been with them for 20 years and stayed on almost every continent with Hyatt From check in as early as 7am to late check out at 4pm - always a suite upgrade - always free breakfast or club level
