Lack of COVID-19 family friendly features

Stayed at Hyatt Sonoma - North California with small family 1. No keyless Bluetooth iPhone friendly key to avoid front desk check-in (Hilton has this feature for all their rooms) 2. Can’t select room in advance at time of early check-in (Hilton chains have this) 3. No food allowed in rooms (Hilton allows this) 4. No Lysol seal of cleaning in rooms (Hilton has this) Disappointed with Hyatt. Need to improve and innovate for small families concern with COVID-19

I created a account and for some reason it is saying I had the wrong password and I kept re-entering it and so it locked me out of my account so now I had to make a whole Nother account until I am able to access the other one
So much clicking to book a room!

Proof that Hyatt nails it with everything they do...I’m a lifetime Globalist (highest tier in their loyalty program) and this is why...they execute flawlessly...from the mobile app, to the html website, to the consistent experience across all their brands and exacting attention to detail. Great job here, team, with the latest upgrade, especially the “view my bill” feature...a huge time saver with expense reports. Nice work!

Still no iPad app in 2020

4.16.4: still no landscape mode 4.16.3: still no native iPad version or landscape mode. Sad, really. 4.16.5: Nope. 4.17.0: Still no. 4.17.1: No. 4.18.1: No. Pathetic. 4.19.0: No. —- Cmon guys. The iPad has been out for what, 10 years now? I’m tired of having to tilt my head 90 degrees to the left in order to use your app.
Reservations Disappear

If you upgrade a reservation in the app, your reservation disappears. Then, you can’t add it to account (once you look it up) until you “visit the front desk.” Terrible. Had to book and then cancel three times. Should be able to upgrade in app and then see your reservations in your “my stays” section. Ive never had this problem with Marriott or Hilton apps.
