Not very happy – World of Hyatt Review

App works good with some bugs . They have great leadership. Most hotels are great. The issue I have is the customer service team through social media. I explained my situation about my stay and was checking up on points and found that I was never credited back points. Thank you Candace for not listening to my concerns. I will remove this if they take my issue serious. Still a loyal member.
