I still have an older iPhone which is currently limited to the 12.4.8 iOS version...how about yhe developers DON’T exclude those with older phones who aren’t able to have iOS 13.0 or later because their slightly older phones won’t update to the iOS 13.0. I have been using this app for years...AND I’M A GLOBALIST member with HYATT...this is really ridiculous worthy his app version.

Who makes an app where you have to go day by day just to check or you can only call the 800 number even Hilton has better maneuvering and so does Marriott Hyatt needs to step up the app for sure

This app shows all of my current, and past reservations at the touch of my finger tips. I like being able to just see everything in one place, and be able to modify things if I needed. I definitely recommend

Hyatt made their app incompatible with iOS 12, essentially forcing users to make an unnecessary upgrade that will degrade their phone performance in exchange for....no new features or functionality ? Terrible

Y’all should wait until new OSs are widely available before spiking the old version

Be careful when booking with the app that if you input your dates first and then add the city second, the app changes your dates.

To bad Hyatt does not like Apple 6 and 6 +users - Marriott and Hilton do - to develop an app that does not provide an option for a segment of your user community in a pandemic is plain dumb business.....

It’s 2020 and there is still no iPad version and the iPad is not going away. Hyatt really needs an iPad version. When I have an app that is formatted only for the iPhone yet I’m using my iPad I think to myself “How cheap can a company be or are they telegraphing me that they won’t be around long.” I don’t think that’s Hyatt but you do look like you’re cheap. You would have 5 stars if you only had an iPad version! Even Marriott with their terrible IT department has a functioning iPad version of their app.
