Ok - playing with friends is good the rest is improving over time

It’s annoying to go back and forth between goals and rewards one at a time. It’s one thing for a “hard” opponent to be smarter and play better words, it’s another for the live player to just get all the crappy letters. The latter just feels like a gag, while the former seems like a legitimate and fun challenge. The power ups don’t seem to work too well. Most of the time, I select one by accident, and they don’t seem very useful in any case. I enjoy playing with my friends in classic style best, the rest of it needs work.

LOVE this game and always have multiple games in play. Enjoy all features. BUT, when I’ve paid for higher rewards, a new feature, support is lacking when something goes wrong. Am not getting any rewards as I cannot play Solo Challenge past the first level and can’t play Word Rivals.

I’ve seen multiple reviews with this issue and it doesn’t look like you are doing anything about it. I love playing this game. It is relaxing and enjoyable. My husband also plays. I’m finding lately there are men who look like they are new players. They start off with a hi, so nice to meet you. Right away I’m suspicious. After a few rounds of chat, I tell the, I like to play the game and not really chat. One guy tried to talk me onto purchasing binary options. Another asked if I drive, and would give him my phone #, email and picture. Most of them play stupid words worth very few points. As soon as you turn them down, they disappear. I like new challengers, but this is a waste of my time and I wouldn’t want someone to get hurt by these men. Someone else referred to the, as scammers. Something should really be done about this!!

This game is really fun and it has been an enjoyable way to spend some downtime during the pandemic. Unfortunately, I find it incredibly annoying to have an advertisement pop up after EVERY move. I looked into purchasing the ad free bundle, but that’s a bit much for only a month of playing time. I just feel like it could be less expensive.

I recently installed Words with Friends 2 so I could play "Scrabble" with my mom. Getting super annoyed by all the ads that played, an ad (lol) to REMOVE ADS FOR $9.99 kept showing. I figured it was worth $10 to be able to play uninterrupted. I figured wrong. As it turns out, that $9.99 is only good for 30 DAYS, then the ads come right back on!!! Like, are they serious with this?!? It would cost me $120 a YEAR to play this game without ads? And trust me, the ads are long and plenty... Enough so that paying $10 for a game (when they're usually just a few bucks to have them ad free PERMANENTLY) was worth it, even though an insanely high price. But $10 a month? That's highway robbery. Oh yeah, the whole *for 30 days only* is in the very fine print, it's not obviously stated that you're only getting the ad-free version for a limited time. I'm getting rid of this game and if this developer makes anymore of the apps that I use, even if they're free, I'm deleting them on principle. I'm sure they don't care though...why would they? At the prices they charge they're probably billionaires!!!

So often I am playing fast dial games and the game has a hiccup and I either lose a game/ticket. Pretty frustrating.
