Almost every time I spell a word the screen goes black and I can’t play again sometimes for hours. Please correct this, I like the game but is too frustrating to mess with.

I have to delete and redownload this game each day on my iPad. It open and work for a while, then the next time, it will flash open, then do nothing. I have tried all of the suggested fixes and still no luck.

I can’t get into the game since upgrading. It says In App purchases are disabled over and over. They are disabled just as I want them to be!

Every new bell and whistle added to this game makes it worse. It was so much more fun before all of the extra brightly colored junk was added. Your strong suit was a Scrabble game that worked well, and you’ve ruined it. I got on board with the power ups, but you just more than doubled the coin price on those? The friends I play with are leaving this app for similar reasons, and without them, I’m likely to delete it too. Really sad because I’ve been a loyal player for around 13 years.

While I have enjoyed playing WWF for years, lately, I’ve been experiencing freezing, games ending with no notification, unable to locate past games. I understand it’s a huge app and played by millions but these inconveniences are annoying.

Full screen takeovers that force you to kill the app and restart; misleading copy: since when does “pick your own match” mean “force me to play with someone random”? Seriously, this is such a horrible user experience, these product owners and designers should be ashamed of themselves.
