Love playing it, but not looking at it

I do very much enjoy the game. Not only is it a fun way to learn, keep your mind active and challenge yourself, it also helps you stay in touch with friends and family. I may go a week or two not communicating with others if left to initiate conversations on my own. But, I definitely don’t skip taking my turn every day and sending off a quick message using the in game chat feature. Thank you for providing that option. Personal preference, but I do not like the new version, WWF2. The colors, graphics, etc., feel more like a kids game than a game for intelligent adults. I don’t give a rip about some strangers high score or what the popular words are. Put these somewhere else if you must have them. I prefer that space to be used for in game stats like words played and definitions. These two areas should take up the entire column. If you feel you must keep other stats then make them relevant to me. Show high scores for my friends so I can congratulate them, or track the highest scoring word for the current game rather than saving it until the end.

I have mixed emotions about this game. Of course, I love it because I get to play a game that stimulates my mind in the sense of trying to find words to make. However, I HATE the fact that people are using a game platform to try to hook up. I have the setting turned OFF to use my profile for match making, but I’m still getting a whole bunch of creepy men trying to chat with me while we’re playing. Why is it that people need to always turn things into something other then what it’s meant to be. I can’t deal.
Bogged down ... uninstalled it

WWF tries to force you to upgrade, so I did, but the new version is so bogged down with micro-transactions, ads, and other distractions from the game that I've uninstalled it from my phone and ipad already now twice. If the upgrade force continues I, for one, will just stop playing this otherwise delightful game - sad.
Help eliminate ads!

I had the old pro version that I paid for so that I didn’t have to deal with the enormous number of pop ups and ads, but when that stopped working because of the IOS update, the replacement version now has ads and pop ups. How do I stop them???

It is a well done update to the original. However, this game has more ad time than game time.
Zynga Jumped The Shark With WWF2

WWF is a low tech game trying to be too high tech. This latest version has jumped the shark. I’ve been playing it for years, since before Zynga acquired it. We love It for what it is...Scrabble. Why mess with a good thing? Has anyone noticed that next play communications are hosed?
Coins not updating

Coin count no longer updates. I thought it was just me.. but see others having the same issue. Please fix!

Every day I get a reward of two coins. Every day that reward disappears and I start over. I don’t get it.

App interface is way too cluttered. Home screen is confusing. Too many big buttons and panels getting in the way of seeing a simple list of what games you’re playing. Developers, please streamline the interface.
Unbearable amount of ads

It’s a great game but the ads are so frequent and so spammy it makes me not want to play. I’d happily pay for an ad free version. This is ridiculous.
