I love this store. Laura the manger is always helpful. The store was remolded so it is harder to find stuff. However with time I’ll get used it. The produce and meat are always fresh. I stop shopping at Publix and Walmart and im exclusively a Winn Dixie shopper. The staff is friendly and the store makeover makes it so much pleasant to be in. I’m in the store at least once a week. (6574 Hypoluxo Rd. Lake Worth, Florida 33467).
App freezes

While trying to look at the weekly circular and then click on the product it just freezes up and you have to shut down and start it all over again. Also missing the shopping list since I’ve got to take the paper with me after all.

Why is the most useful part of the app now gone?? Please give me back the grocery list.
Updated app needs an overhaul!

Updated app doesn’t work. Verification code is not being sent. Losing my mystery bonus. Have talked to 3 different customer service reps and no one could help. They all have different options to fix. None worked. Very disappointed.

No more shopping list, and when I click on the ad for the store I get a blank page. This used to be my go to app but now it’s totally ruined. Also I can’t tie my fuel rewards account to my WinnDixie account. It keeps crashing. Lastly it takes 3 clicks just to load one coupon. Way too much time waisted. I ended up going back to Publix I was so frustrated.

Worse grocery store app ever. It doesn’t have a shopping list feature or an in-store “where to find your product” feature. The coupon clipper keeps getting hung up so I have to restart the app to unfreeze it. And there is no organization to the clipped coupons once they are in my wallet. Planning to go to Winn Dixie today so I figured I would clip WD digital coupons but when I couldn’t create a shopping list I figured I would just use my Publix app to write my list— and then I decided that’s too much of a bother, what the heck I’ll just go to Publix instead.

I wished for the old app to be updated, but not to this :( I seem to scroll forever, never making it to the end because it takes too long. There are multiple items of the same thing, different style - i.e. Peter Pan peanut butter is listed for each “flavor”. I add things to my list and oh my - nothing simple about following the list, no order and no way to check off or delete items you have in your cart, so I end up writing it down anyway. I just don’t use it anymore, disappointed.
