This app does not allow you to search products or indicate what aisle to find them in. I like to know if a product is carried in a store before using gas & time. I get sales flyers in the mail so that feature isn’t helpful. For my needs this app is pretty useless.

Unfriendly App

H can every name be taken

The app is good for checking the sale ads, however,it would be nice if we could place online orders to be delivered to the house or picked up at our local store on that same app. I love Winn Dixie and shop at mine frequently. I have been a faithful shopper both here and in FL. For close to 30 years. Now that I am retired and much older, I would love the convenience of not always having to going into the store when I only need a few things.

I like WinnDixie & I’d like to do normal shopping from this app, but find no way to do this. I only find coupons. Grrr!!!

This app has so much potential, it’s a shame that it’s such a mess. Nothing is organized on this app. The product should be alphabetized or at least categorized. You show a sale for one item and there’s 17 different flavors so you have 17 different listings. You can make all 17 of those listings condensed into one by just advertising the product itself in each individual flavor. This app really is such a mess, it’s a shame. Somebody should take a look at the Publix app, they got theirs together.

Doesn’t work zero stars!!!

Downloaded the app on a Sunday. You can clip coupons etc but not shop. Had to wait until Monday to call (no support on Sunday). There is no option for the app onntheir front end call menu. If you hit zero it says sorry you’re having problems call back again and hangs up on you. I just picked an option to get to a person and was told they’re fixing it and if I want to shop I have to go thru the web. They need to take this down until they get it fixed. I will shop at Publix.

How do I order for pickup?

I made the mistake of updating my Winn Dixie grocery shopping app. All I get now is an icon & all that’s on it is a place to search coupons. I must have the Winn Dixie shopping app in order for me to grocery shop without having to go inside the store!

So much for being useful. I was planning to start shopping at Winn Dixie, but because the app is useless for that, I’m going to shop elsewhere. How dumb is that?
