I have use the WinnDixie card for years trying to s Sign up with the app by entering my number continually produces a server error

The new WD app is HORRIBLE and NOT user friendly at all! The so called improvements made actually have made this app worst! Why change it up when it was working fine prior to this version. You can’t even access the mystery bonus coupons. The updated app looks NOTHING like the pics shown in the preview pics. The developers need to go back and improve this once again.

This used to be a great app. Now I have to sign up like a new user every time I try to open the app. My original account used my home phone which I still have. The app telemetry it’s sending a log in ID to that number. Of course it doesn’t work with a landline. My mobile number tells me I already have an account. I’m really confused and frustrated with this update.

App changes too often NOT worth the trouble. Surely some big dog at the home office knows this needs to change. Get off your behind and earn your money. Tired of changes

I should not have to change my landline phone number my family has used for years just to update this app! Please re-evaluate.
Can't update app

Every time I try to open my WD app, it tells me I must update the app. So, I click on 'update' only to get the message that the latest update is not compatible with my phone! Very frustrating!!

Went to Winn Dixie to purchase a few items. Two items were labeled quick sale with coupons to scan to get the savings. Cashier didn’t scan coupons. Called the store when I looked at my receipt upon arriving home.Spoke to the lady on the phone. She informed me that customer service was closed. The time was 6:50pm so I asked what time did the store close and she said 10:00 pm and that customer service closed at 7:00 pm. There was still 10 minutes until closing for customer service. She said I could bring my items the receipt and the coupons back in the morning. So I’m assuming I wasn’t supposed to eat anything until the next day?? Winn Dixie needs to do do better with their customer service. There are too many competitors out there where I can spend my money.

I cannot get the app on my I-pad because I already have the app on my phone. I cannot use the app on my I-phone because the upgrade is incompatible. Good thing my husband doesn’t throw away all the junk mail. By the way, I can’t send my rating if I check no stars. So I’m checking 1 just to get thru

App used to be great a few months back. Now they’ve changed it and it’s awful. Hard to navigate, poorly organized and very glitchy.
