Ever since the update I can’t get the app to open , it tries then crashes !

App is terrible, doesn’t link to my email, doesn’t remember me, doesn’t link to lists or coupons and won’t open weekly add.

I had a lot of points, didn’t use them and they weren’t set to expire until next year! Don’t bother with this app if my points are not returned back to me, class action law suit. I’m going to my attorney to see what can be done, because this is absolutely ridiculous.

Where is the My List? What’s the point of using the app for shopping if you can’t add items that you need that aren’t in the weekly flyer? If there is a way to access it that I haven’t figured out yet, please let your customers know. It’s very inconvenient and frustrating. I can access it on my PC or laptop but not on my iPad or iPhone. When was the last time you saw someone bring their PC or laptop to the grocery store to do their shopping. Please make the list available on devices that your customers use while shopping in your stores. None of the recent updates address this problem. I know I can’t be the only customer frustrated by this.

Have had this app for quite a while. Tried to open today, had to have a code texted - entered my phone number four times, never got a text. Uninstalled and reinstalled, tried again several times same result - STILL NO TEXT !!! Utterly useless app, should be a way to give it No Stars!

Horrible - Don’t even bother to install

Bought a new house. Nearest grocery is a WinnDixie. Store forces me to have a card to shop Reasonable for me to supply a name, phone and address to register. Then they insist on two factor authentication Of course, the auth code cannot be received on a land line. It is never received, so cannot be “entered” Uninstalled the damned app within ever having a chance to use it I will drive past WinnDixie and go the extra 3 miles to get to Publix. They have express lanes and don’t require a stupid card to spend your money.

Failed to Load

Ever since the update about two weeks ago, the coupons fail to load whenever I open the app. I can no longer view the flier online. This is very frustrating for someone who shops here on a daily basis.

Crashing a lot

Lately the app has been crashing a lot & points will appear then disappear then appear again. Please fix this.

Not user friendly at all

Where did my shopping list go? Where did my wallet go? I can’t access my mystery reward even tho your app says I have s 40x reward. When I’m finally(intermittently) able to access my account I end up in a loop that’s says sign in using the Winn Dixie app (which I am) I get a message that says system not available. Most of the time when I actually get into the app it’s a tutorial on what I’ll find if I could only actually sign in!

Doesn’t work most of the time. Have never been able to use 40 x points. Why not just give the points. Not worth my time.
