Using app in store

The WiFi in the store is so weak you can’t open the app to scan the bar code or use the bonus points. No internet connection at all. AT&T is my carrier so it may be the issue or the walls of the store. Unable to pull up the app at the gas station either.
I’m confused

I just downloaded the app a couple of minutes ago and I want to sign into the app. I can’t simply sign into the app unless I use a mobile phone. The account I want to sign into is connected to a landline, so I can’t simply send a confirmation code to it for obvious reasons. I don’t know why the first thing you see is an area to enter a phone number. It should be an area where you can sign into an existing account versus signing up for a new account, as there isn’t even an option to sign into an existing account on the app? This is honestly such a weird app.
Terrible ‘shopping’ experience

App is not designed to link deals/coupons of this down-market Grocery store to a grocery cart for online shopping and home delivery. While I have been (!) an appreciative loyal customer for years, I was recently in a position to need groceries delivered for a few weeks. It was easy with both Target and Publix, but the service fees and tips that stack on top of the delivery subscription fees amount to a 20% cover charge. I tried Amazon free delivery from Whole Foods. That is —by orders of magnitude —a better and more cost-effective experience.

After at least a dozen attempts across two different phones, I have yet to complete the registration process! The app downloads, I get the verification code, am able to enter it and advance to the next page. That’s where the problem begins. I enter my name, birthday, email address and hit next. The message “Failure to save information. Try again.” pops up, and the screen goes into the processing/searching mode. This mode never ends! I can exit the app, but the next time I open it, it is still processing. The only way to prevent this is to delete the app from my phone and start all over. Like I said before, “I’ve done this at least a dozen times over the past two months.” Same process and results every time!!!!!

Finally, someone gets it! I don’t need another plastic card to add to my already stuffed wallet or key chain. This app works great. I just open wallet on the app and scan my barcode, then open savings to use coupons or offers. Thanks, Winn Dixie! CVS, Walgreens, Stop & Shop, Price Chopper and all the other stores I use better listen up and get with the program!

I’ve started using this app a couple of times I’m so frustrated now I’m here at store to shop and this app is stuck App Store acknowledges I have it but I’m unable to download it I’ve never seen anything ever like this on my phone... it won’t budge it’s stuck!!!Rrrggg!

I hate having a code sent to the phone number of the card every time I want to use our account on the app! I have to call my husband and get him to send me the code. Every. Single. Time. It’s such a pain!

I follow all of the instructions and still can’t get it to work. I use a landline as my phone number. I don’t want to use my cell number. I’m still looking for the wallet section to use the mystery bonus. It does not exist!

Have not seen this issue and hard to believe my IPhone XR only has this problem but when any item detail is selected the back < function does not work. Need to terminate current app & reload new app to get back into viewing. Noticed many other bugs have been reported but did not bother to try & use those functions since a basic function would not work for myself which makes the app useless!
