Not pleased at all. I keep getting internal server error. WD said it was fixed but evidently not.
Good but could be a lot better

I wish you could search and scan items to see if there is a deal through the app. Other grocery apps, I can just search what I want instead of scrolling through everything. Also, I wish the categories were better. The app just says food like I need a seafood tab, a deli tab, breakfast tab, produce tab and so on. Other than that it’s not a bad app, but it’s not shopper friendly.

What a colossal mess. The IT person should be fired. Not user friendly! Publix and Walmart’s aps run smoothly.

Really enjoying the Mystery Bonus program and this app makes it way easier. Always used to forget my receipts for the Points Multiplier. Digital coupons are a plus too

I used to shop at WinnDixie all the time. The app was easy, I would load all the coupons, the load what I wanted from the add and go to the store and use the shopping list. Now with no shopping list it’s very confusing. I’ve now stopped shopping at WinnDixie and I just go to Publix because it’s easier. I can do all the things I used to be able to do with the WinnDixie app with the publix app and my coupons never fail to load like they do with the WinnDixie app. While the WinnDixie app is visually appealing it fails in functionality.

I was expecting the app to be similar to the other apps from stores. Most have the ability to price check and look at the sales flyer as if you picked one up from the store. Neither of these functions are available. The sales flyer can only be viewed in list form. Also in regards to the price check function, there isn’t one. I signed up for Shipt thinking that it would show the prices of the grocery items in the store but their prices differ from the ones in the store. It has coupons but it seems to be that the coupons are actually the sales items and not true coupons to be saved and used. The app can really only be used to track your reward points.

Loaded the app: It won’t let you shop - it just keeps offering you coupons. Could be crashed, but I logged on to the site and it says you already have an account (which I do), but it won’t let you log on.
