Had problem but no longer

Feb 23, 2018 I plugged in the cooker this morning and the Wi-Fi connected as it is designed, but the app does not list the device. Now I cannot adjust the temperature or monitor using Wi-Fi and that was the main attraction to the product Maybe you should give up December 2017 I read the reviews about “stuck at 37%” and I had that problem as well. I was using the 2.4 GH network and started over several times. After speaking with the service desk I was told the issue was at their end. I tried a few days later and all is well. Now my comment is the app design. Once a cooking session is started I can’t see the heat level setting for the session. Overall I have few complaints

I’ve had this crockpot since 2016. It has been a huge time saver for me until the app wouldn’t work. I couldn’t connect to my WiFi no matter what I did. I decided to delete the app and install it again. Like magic it connected with no issue. It was just frustrating trying to troubleshoot the connection issue when it was just the app not my WiFi.

Everything worked perfectly until the update 1.2.6. It logged me out of the app. So I logged back in and thought everything was fine, until I tried to start my dinner while I was working. Nothing was working, I was not connected to the crockpot?. For several days I couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my connection, I kept walking away in frustration?. The set up would get to 37% and say I’m connected, then the app would start right back at set up all over again. I was getting very frustrated? then I read a comment saying to uninstall the app and reinstall it. After I did that everything seems to be working?. Lesson learned, when in doubt, uninstall and reinstall ?. Other than that one issue, I would highly recommend this product, the WiFi crockpot. ????

I purchased this in September 2017 and had great success with it at first. Then after an update my internet connection was unable to be established. I lost over thirty dollars of steak and and still unable to get it connected properly. Highly disappointed.

Like they said can’t connect after update I uninstalled and reinstalled and I’m still having issues not very happy right now I really liked being able to start at work food didn’t get dried out


Don’t rely on this App

It keeps losing my slow cooker and I have to go through the whole process to connect it. Then you delete the app and start over and it works for a few weeks, and now it won’t let me sign into the app, keeps telling me check my internet connection... which is connected and totally stable... I give up, I’ll just go back to pushing buttons on the cooker.

This app only worked twice. Ever since then is says there’s an error with my connection or that I’m not registered. Neither of those things are true. I’m very upset I wasted my money on this purchase!!!!!


The app doesn’t work well

Tried signing in, it says to check my internet connection. Deleted the app and re-downloaded. Issue persists. Connected to wifi and LTE, issue persists. Able to launch App Store to leave review. Not an internet issue; but an app issue.


Issues with Connecting

Everything was working great until the new update came out. And then I couldn’t get it to connect at all! I came to the App Store to see if anyone else was having issues with it getting stuck at 37% and then starting over and there was. They said to uninstall the app and then reinstall. Back to normal now! You shouldn’t have to uninstall the app and then have to reconnect everything just because of an update. For this reason, I gave it 3 stars.
