How to make this thing work

Gagagagagoogle

1. You cannot be using 5.0 GHz Internet. 2. If you’re stuck on 37%, delete and redownload. This app is frustrating as all get out. It took me three days to figure out the internet connectivity problem after I got a new phone. The slow cooker itself is wonderful; if only the app wasn’t a piece of junk. The developers need to catch up and get the kinks figured out.

Connection issues

vvazquez09

For months I’ve been dealing with connection issues. The whole point of getting this specific slow cooker was for the Wi-Fi connection. I would set it up in the morning and start cooking while I was at work. Then all of a sudden, the Wi-Fi feature stopped working. I read a review that said delete the app and reinstall it and now it works just like old times. Kind of annoying that you have to go through that process. Other than that, this slow cooker is amazing.

Love it until update

This worked so great and then the update ruined it. It won’t let me connect to WiFi anymore. I can just use it by manually clicking start. Defeats the purpose of a Wi-Fi crock pot ?.

Works well - Needs a feature!!

Louiemaxx

Overall I am satisfied with the app and some of the apps current features, however.. regarding the “Advanced Cook Program” I truly feel there needs to be such a way to create and name cooking profiles and save them for future use. Not only helpful but very useful for hardcore crockpot users like myself!! I Hope to see this addition soon!

Just dosent work.

I've had this app for the past 3 months and it just does not work. I don't know what else to say.

Not connecting!

darrylerich

It used to work all the time until one of the updates. Now it doesn’t work at all. I paid for this and want to use it because of how convenient it is to start it while at work. Now it just doesn’t work. I went through the set up process several times and just never connects.

“Slow cooker has started”

SheaAhay

Since the last update that caused so many issues for everyone, mine will repeatedly send me alerts on my phone saying the slow cooker has started. I thought it was possibly disconnecting and reconnecting, but it’s not. For some reason this last update causes the alerts to keep resending to your phone for the duration of the cook time. I turned mine on manually today at 11:45am, before going to work, and as of 5:35pm I have received 7 notifications saying it has started. I asked my daughter to check it a few times and she said it’s working fine at home. Please fix the notification issue.

Useless Trash

CSpecht89

Only works on LTE... Or rather, doesn’t work on WiFi. Anywhere. Trying to register before even using the thing among all the poor reviews of DualBand router issues. "please check your netWork" is the error, in that exact text. Useless trash. Literally a completely useless, broken app. Way to go guys. The crock pot itself is great for $40, but isn't wireless because of this trash software. 0 stars if possible, and I never write reviews.

Works great, so far

I see a lot of negative reviews of people complaining from connection issues. I don’t have a connection problem and everything seems to work as promised. Hope it stays good cause I love my new slow cooker.

Works well, hoping for more flexibility

The product works as described, however there was a period where the app wouldn’t connect and needed to be reinstalled to resolve (as other comments mention). What I had hoped I could do was schedule the slow cooker to start from my phone however it only turn it on and adjust time and temperature. As a result this product isn’t as functional as I hoped however perhaps that functionality could be built into upcoming app updates. Fingers crossed!
