Had problem but no longer – Wi-Fi Slow Cooker Review

Feb 23, 2018 I plugged in the cooker this morning and the Wi-Fi connected as it is designed, but the app does not list the device. Now I cannot adjust the temperature or monitor using Wi-Fi and that was the main attraction to the product Maybe you should give up December 2017 I read the reviews about “stuck at 37%” and I had that problem as well. I was using the 2.4 GH network and started over several times. After speaking with the service desk I was told the issue was at their end. I tried a few days later and all is well. Now my comment is the app design. Once a cooking session is started I can’t see the heat level setting for the session. Overall I have few complaints
