The app crashes all the time, now it keeps telling me to check my network connection and won’t even let me log in. Totally defeats the purpose of having a Wi-Fi enabled crockpot if you can’t even use the feature

I have been using the WiFi slow cooker and today it tells me that it can connect . I have uninstalled the app and everything. This is very disappointing and frustrating to say the least.

I currently have a roast in mine and the app won’t let me log in to start it. Horrible.
Error trying to sign on

App worked fine for me a few weeks ago. Now says error signing on, check internet connectivity. My internet connection is fine, not the issue! I wish this would get fixed.

Barely ever worked properly when I bought the slow cooker a year ago. Finally worked a couple of months back and now the app won’t even connect saying it can’t find a connection. Might as well just take the app down. Don’t plan on buying Black+Decker again.
Connection issues

When I bought this I had to work directly with Black and Decker to download the software to make it work. When it worked it was awesome! It worked a few times, now I can’t login in, keeps telling me to check my connection. I’m on the 2.4 band, but for some reason the app can’t connect. So now I just have a high dollar slow cooker. Too bad, was a great product when it worked.

Like everyone else I can’t even log on to set it up. It worked so well but now nothing. Slow cooker is great, but I paid for a useless app??
