How come it always stops at 37% when I tried to connect to the app?! It sounds like it’s an issue with a. Loy of people. Please fix the bug ASAP!

Worked great in the beginning and now just like a regular crockpot. Really disappointed as it never works now.

Worked fine until update. Works over cell service but will not connect while connected to Wi-Fi.

Fresh out of the box and having the same issues as mentioned. I would think B&D would want to fix this since it’s soooo common and tanking their reviews.

The app doesn’t work. I’ve uninstalled and installed Until I’m blue in the face. I can’t get past the part where it wants me to connect to their WiFi. It doesn’t exist! It’s not there. Since I can’t connect to it, I can’t use the app. Complete waste!
Connection Issues

We haven’t changed our router or anything so not sure why this isn’t working. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times. It gives me the “there was an error while attempting to sign you on. Please check your internet connection and try again.” I’ve taken it off Wi-Fi, doesn’t work, put back on Wi-Fi, doesn’t work. Same as others, the whole reason I got this slow cooker was to be able to start it from work so my food doesn’t over cook...

Not afraid to tell the truth!
I have had no issues with it but recently I tried to use it and had to manually turn it on. The app wouldnt let me login. I tried to rest password and it told me to register which I have clearly already done! It keeps saying to check my network when I have full wifi. clearly something is wrong with this app n devise! I had to manually turn it on again today which means my meal will b overdone thanx to this app b.s Im dealing with.
Help not working

I’ve got all the bars on the crockpot and it worked last week when I used it, but now my app doesn’t want to connect saying there is something wrong with my network. I took my cell off of the 5G network to regular network to cellular only. Nothing works, yet I get an insane amount of notifications telling me that the slow cooker has started. Please fix this. I love this pot cause of the app feature but if that’s not gonna work then what’s the point?
