I am trying to cancel a conference room reservation (a day prior) and I keep getting an error message that simply says “Something went wrong”. And I can’t seem to find a place on the app where I can contact the community manager. Grrrrr.

Installed it to check out events but events page is buggy - shows that there is no events at all. Really, no events, anywhere, anytime?

The only reason to use this app is to book a desk at a nearby WeWork and that is insanely hard. You can only scroll through a list of locations in a city sorted by chaos, most of which, at least in NY, don’t have available desks. You can look up a specific location, but you can’t book a desk by going to a specific location’s page. If I were an individual member I would definitely use any other coworking company because of this.

I wanted it to reserve a desk, but it always reserves one day off from the day I select. App won’t let me cancel reservations. Bugs everywhere, can’t believe how poor the quality is.

The bombardment of personal questions just to launch the app for the first time is ridiculous. Why do you want to know so much about me?

It is hard to find anything in this app. I have so many notifications to a job posting I created and every time I click them either in my email or in the app itself it goes nowhere or takes me to a page with events instead. Impossible to search, filter anything or find where the right categories are. The website doesn’t show member posts and the app doesn’t show half the things on the websites. Horrible UI/UX for a highly valued company. I am a new member and bet there is very little « community » compared to what there could be if this app was improved.

This morning, I got an email that I can view my invoice so I thought “Great!” I click the link and it brings me to a page where I go on the app. So I get on the app and click Invoice and the page literally brings me to nothing. A blank, white page. I’m thinking “well maybe I need to be on desktop not my iPhone go view the invoice.” But this happens all the time. You have to try to find workarounds to get basic stuff done on the app. It should be extremely seamless and user friendly and it’s not...

As an engineer, I was really disappointed by my experience with the WeWork app. 1. I had to re-register my access card multiple times. The app gave me a successful registration message but the next time I opened it, there was no record of my existing key card. 2. The UI design is just terrible - there are three different checkbox designs for the same list during the onboarding flow. This is unacceptable from a multi billion dollar company with a sizable engineering org. As a frustrated user, my only resort is to write a review. My conclusion is that your engineering org doesn’t care about producing quality products for your customers.

The only thing I want the app to do is unlock doors. It doesn’t unlock doors. Instead it’s a social networking site where I can buy DJ lessons! Sick bro!!! $40 billion dollar idea
