Shoddy work – WeWork Review
As an engineer, I was really disappointed by my experience with the WeWork app.
1. I had to re-register my access card multiple times. The app gave me a successful registration message but the next time I opened it, there was no record of my existing key card.
2. The UI design is just terrible - there are three different checkbox designs for the same list during the onboarding flow. This is unacceptable from a multi billion dollar company with a sizable engineering org.
As a frustrated user, my only resort is to write a review. My conclusion is that your engineering org doesn’t care about producing quality products for your customers.
