I am able to login to my account on an internet browser (on a laptop as well as a mobile device), but I cannot login on the app. I am able to copy and paste my credentials from the app to a browser and sign in before being told that my credentials are wrong on the app. The app is useless; I can only see the login screen. The support I have received has essentially told me that I must be entering my password wrong. I’m not. Your app doesn’t work for iPhone 6 Plus with the most current OS.

Try to cancel my membership in March of 2019 & they make me jump through all the WeWork hoops & give me all the pivots they can muster up along the way. I’m still having to fight with them today in August of 2019 to beg them to delete my account and my billing information. Now they have tossed me around from department to department, threatening me along the way with “debt collectors” for canceling the payment at the bank, that should’ve never gone through in the first place. They charged me from March to August and I never stepped foot in their building. I also canceled my membership & submit multiple formal requests to delete my billing information/account. I am in the middle of a class action lawsuit against them for this very reason. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM. They sucker you in and then make it borderline impossible to get out. I will never support such a fraudulent company again.

I have been surfing the app for almost one hour and still not have the way to update my payment options This is ridiculous

This app gets bloated because of the inability to delete messages. I have messages going back to 2016 - ridiculous.

The app works ok but there are no options to send feedback or report a bug - so I’m writing this here! For the past few months, my messages do not change to unread. In the app they show I’ve read them, but as soon as I close and reopen the app - they go back to unread. I have to go to the members website and read the messages there. Also, no option to mark as read/unread. Only “Mute”

This is a terrible app I’m trying to cancel my “subscription” something that I never wanted or even knew I was getting charged for. Since I registered for free as a gift when I graduated college. After that I was being charged every month. I’m trying to cancel through their website and app and it’s imposible!!!
