The idea of wework is awesome. The customer service at the location is not, they treat members very bad especially hot desks. Always feeling under the pressure of you have to buy more.
Reset Password Does Not Work For Me

I’ve tried several times using the forgot password link but each time I complete the workflow the login is still not valid.

Can’t get past creating title to create the rest of my profile. Completely useless. Website is no better. What a waste of time, money and energy. You’d think a company as large as this across the world can figure out how to make a simple app and website to book space.

Unfortunately the app doesn’t allow me to update profile information and post a new feed from my business, it shuts down automatically. I hope the app support can fix this ASAP.
Cannot login with same credentials

I tried 6 times to login to the app. Slowly. For the first time. Using the same email address and the same password I use on the WeWork website. Which works there. I typed them very very very slowly (after the 3rd time). No no no! No no no again! It does not let me login. Then I tried to use the website on my phone. Impossible to zoom in out to get things in perspective. Forget it! Is ANYONE at WeWork listening?? To so many bad reviews for this app? At least change the name of the app to WeDontWork.

Broken on boarding

New user experience is completely broken all week. Unable to login and do basic things like book conference rooms, etc. highly disappointing.
Login screen broken

Having the same issue as others. App asks for password twice. On first screen it works, on second it does not. Forgot password link is also broken, although in reality I haven’t forgotten my password at all. Please fix this.

New to WeWork. This app is a disaster. Been trying for over an hour to put in my profile. Bugs everywhere. Totally worthless.
