Garbage app
I3 for 2 months
I can’t believe they even launched this app. I just joined it never worked just gets stuck in set-up key card page. I understand there are always bugs but this is worse than amateur hour. Having just raised billions of dollars you gotta do better!

Somewhat glitchy - for some reason I cannot book a workspace using this app (I have to do it online) and yet nobody at WeWork has been able to assist me with this issue.

So I just signed up to be a member, and I downloaded the app but only see a blank screen. I then try to log in via the website, and only get a blank screen across three different browsers. Did I just throw my money into the unknown? Fix this WeWork! You’ll be losing paid memberships if the technology doesn’t work.

Won’t load and is acting possessed. Completely destroys my phone and need to restart it. I’ve downloaded it like 8 times. I give up.

App Freezing on iOS

I’m a new member and when trying to register the app freezes. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Both the app and my iOS is up to date with latest versions. iPhone is X model. iOS 12.1.3

So buggy - links on feed always broken, can’t even search for an event outside of city

This app is good for getting notifications 25 minutes after the food is gone. It’s also good for booking rooms last minute. Other than that it’s buggy and clunky. You can’t even search for events happening in the city you’re currently in. The whole community aspect is so backwards. How did this flow get approved by a UX/UI team? If I’m filtering events let me do it by city or by building, AND let me CHOOSE the city and the building! Such a simple concept. Overall I’ve been a member for 3 years and the app seems to be getting worse. Issues appear constantly, editing is unreliable and the feed....please please please fix the feed. Comments get shrunk, links are always broken (even tagging a person using the app!!) and https sites generate a security warning. Use this app for the crucial work-stuff out of necessity, like finding your printing info or responding to a message, but don’t plan on using it for anything else.
