First who writes an app in 2019 that still has the goofy “iPhone app scaling to iPad” behavior? Really? You can’t code to handle both form factors? Lame. I once looked for space at a place in Seattle I don’t usually use. Try getting it to forget that place and just give me a simple maps-like location search box. I can’t do it. It’s stuck on the one place. JUST LET ME SEARCH FOR A LOCATION. Don’t give me a long drop down of cities and countries...duh, that doesn’t scale well. And the whole community feed thing...ok I know you think that’s really important but really, I just want to search for and book a place to work when I travel. Nail the basic scenarios please. Thanks.

Funny how a billion plus valued company can’t even get an app right for its members... I’m no UX/UI designer but this thing is very unuserfriendly.

Please have your developers fix your notifications. I’m tired of seeing half a line of text on my lockscreen. Code it so three lines of text show.. it will be so much more user friendly.

The most basic function of ‘map view’ doesn’t exist when searching available desk spaces. Also the list of ‘available’ desks shows loads of locations with 0 desks open. I think it’s really ironic that there’s probably about 5-10 IT gurus at every WeWork location in the country that could build a better app.

It has a lot of features which should make it great, the downside is many of the critical features like register an access card, and cancel a room booking just don’t work. “Something went wrong”. Indeed.

“Something went wrong” is the message I get with literally every time I try to either book space or cancel space. What a terrible app. Awful.

Truly awful app and I hate that I have to use it, as the mobile web page won’t let me log in otherwise. I can never book a room or register a guest because of the bugs.
