I find it very disappointing that there is no option to download your current prescription from a different Doctor. It would make things so much easier.

My wife and I went to the Greenwich store and had a wonderful experience. Steven took excellent care of us. He made the perfect recommendations and checked our insurance so we could see all of our options. Dr. Amanda Khalil was perfect with the way she conducted herself. They get you with the free home try on of five frames but then most of them are “Raymond pfg unavailable For home try on”

After clicking around in the app for 5 mins, I simply cannot find the virtual try on feature that made me download it…
No one cleans the frames after trying them on

I went into a Warby Parker yesterday to look at frames. When I asked the sales person about how to proceed she said to try them on and put them back. I asked her what the cleaning process was because of Covid and especially omnicron and she didn’t say anything. I asked “do you want me to put these in a special place to be cleaned?” and she said no. I was kind of appalled and grossed out that they are not cleaning frames after people trying them on. They just allowed everyone to try them on and put them back. With the omnicron at the highest in New York City there should be stricter restrictions. This was at the Washington Street location in New York’s meatpacking district.

I recently stopped in to select a pair of glasses for my daughter and I. I was very pleased in the assistance that we got as soon as we walked in. We had a tremendous amount of help on selecting from various styles and colors. Everything was explained to me in detail. I walked out with one pair for my daughter and 2 for myself! I couldn’t decide! I am definitely coming here for all my future glasses! I highly recommend Warby Parker!
