Why is it after the last 2 updates I can NO longer use my pill reminder at all ? You click on ex: 7:00 am and it completely exits you out of the app ? I’ve already complained B4 and nothing gets done. If I could give this a NO star’s I would.

I have a heck of a time managing my prescriptions as I don’t see dates of my actual pickups, I see script pending but no refill date for future just the date I called them inquire about refill date & that’s all I can see. Outdated, not user friendly, lack of detailed information...

Where’s Prescription Status?

Update 11/10/2020: History was returned a while back. Problem with latest update now is that there’s no easy way to see prescription status — what’s pending, what’s been filled, etc. This is not the same as history, which I can get to. App no longer has prescription history, which was the most useful part of the app and the only reason I used it. Please bring this back. I know it’s available on the web, but I’m not at a computer most of the time.

I came in this morning on November 10, 2020, to try to get some pictures printed out of my late husband. Who recently passed. Charity was a blessing at Walgreens here in Lebanon Missouri. She help me through each process of how to do and choose the pictures I wanted. My sincere thanks and gratitude. Thank you Charity.

This app is very good about taking you were you need to go, but it’s a little slow in my opinion. Still, great app for what it is for.
