Just Doesn't Work AT ALL

Walgreens must only have this app out there to check it off. Does not work with the devices it says it does. What a rip off since they use the packaging to say there is a way to connect via Bluetooth but there isn't because they obviously don't support it. False advertising is basically what this is.

App hasn’t worked since I got it. I’m very disappointed I bought the specific cuff because of the Bluetooth connectivity only to find out the feature doesn’t work. It logs in the force closes itself every time. I’ve tried deleting it and redownloading but it only frustrates me more. I even made a separate account thinking that was the issue and found that to be a waste of time also. If it weren’t for the fact I need the cuff I would throw the whole thing away. It’s a big waste of money.

I have had this app going on 2 months now and til this day can not log into the app. I contacted the support team about this. They came back with questions. I’ve been working with them 2 weeks now and they have told me twice the issue is resolved, AND NOTHING. I’ve even taken the time to do all the trouble shooting steps and uninstall the app, then reinstall and I still get the same result. I’ve been troubleshooting phone for the past 8 years for a company I worked for. I had to learn how to do these things and I at least would tell a customer that I could not resolve the issue and would have to escalate to the next level of support. Instead this support keeps telling me it’s fixed. ~ very disappointed

Downloaded loaded app to keep track of blood pressure. App crashes as it’s launching won’t even open.

Very disappointed. I purchased this machine because I wanted to help my parents monitor their blood pressure and it’s a total failure. I should have purchased the $30 machine instead. I downloaded the app and it immediately crashed. I wish I had read the reviews before buying this expensive machine. I only purchased it because of the Bluetooth feature and that does not work.

After following the instructions associated with the Walgreens Premium Wrist Blood Pressure Monitor. It is not possible to synch it to the application. It downloads but when attempting to synch using Bluetooth it doesn't happen. Site says logging in then crashes. I just purchased the wrist monitor, but will be returning it. This item requires Bluetooth for date/time, etc. I would also give it a zero if I could.

The Bluetooth feature on this device keeps crashing. I have tried it on my iPhone and my iPad and it crashes on both of them Needless to say I will be returning it to the store No use having something that doesn’t work right

I bought a True Metrix AIR meter to simplify my life by not having to write down my numbers and the app won’t even open. It looks like it is a known problem based on reviews that are MONTHS OLD!!! If I could give this app NEGATIVE 5 I would. Don’t waste your time with Walgreens Connect ??
