Does the developer even look at these reviews??? – Walgreens Connect - for Well at Walgreens devices Review

I bought a True Metrix AIR meter to simplify my life by not having to write down my numbers and the app won’t even open. It looks like it is a known problem based on reviews that are MONTHS OLD!!! If I could give this app NEGATIVE 5 I would. Don’t waste your time with Walgreens Connect ??
