Unsupported device

I just bought the WGNNPA-960BT and found out the this app does not support my new device. It’s a shame since I purchased this monitor because Bluetooth is advertised on the front of the box.

App discontinued

According to Walgreens’s customer service the app was discontinued in October 2018. They have not yet launched an update or new version. Very disappointed as the app connectivity was the only reason we purchased the blood glucose meter to track husband’s sugar.

Waste of time

Snow tracker

Like everyone else it connected to my Bluetooth but not the app. If they can’t fix it then take it down. What a waste of time.

False advertising.. waste of my time

Bought this specific device because it says right on the box that there is an app. App does nothing but say error, even when device shows connected. Paid like $75.00 for this thing, and doesn’t even sync. What a waste of time and money.. should’ve gone to CVS!

Don’t buy and or download

Bought the Bluetooth cuff, model 930-BT. Really like the cuff BUT it will not sync with my IPhone 7S. I spent over a hour trying. Tried the help line and all I got was they were not able to help me. Spent 90$ on this so I can easily send the results to my doctor. Well guess this is nothing but a big joke to Wallgreens. Take the money and give nothing back that was promised. I expected so much better from them.

Very disappointing

Why do companies do this? Release a product and continue to advertise it knowing they haven’t fixed any bugs or updates in over a year. I have a One Touch blood glucose meter and I love it. But my insurance has forced me onto True Metrix test strips. I bought the Walgreens True Metrix AIR Bluetooth meter. My old iPhone would recognize it, but would not pair with it. My new iPhone XR, the Walgreens app won’t even recognize the meter as a compatible device. Hopefully Walgreens will let me return the meter in open box. I rely heavily on smart devices as most do these days. Entering blood sugar results manually 5-8 times a day is a pain. The company that created the blood sugar logbook I use offers unlimited strips & Bluetooth meter for $20 a month. Guess I’ll pay out of pocket since my insurance will only pay for this unexceptionable Walgreens meter.

Not compatible with Apple

This app is no longer compatible with the new IOS software. It’s trash.

Does not work

Dconvirs

After asking for a bunch of personal information this app does not connect to the blood pressure cuff at all. This app is literally the worst one I’ve ever downloaded and was very invasive into my personal information to even create an account.

App is no good

I agree with all the other reviews. I bought an expensive blood pressure monitor with Bluetooth feature at Walgreens and the app won't even recognize it. Something seriously need to be done about this. No one seems to be concerned about updating the app. Why even have an app if it's of no use to anyone??
