Fails to sync with app

SaintZed

Neither automatic nor manual sync works. The device connects so the Bluetooth link is there. Also, the app won't link to the iPhone health app.

Worthless App

NatHealthNut72

This is the most worthless app I've ever encountered. It merely gives you Walgreens Balance Rewards loyalty points for connecting your health devices to Walgreens Connect app. Apparently all this does is track your purchases and possibly keep your health data in their database to use as they so desire. So skip this app or it will enable Walgreens to spy on your health statistics, while doing nothing to allow you to track your blood glucose level, blood pressure, etc.

This app is a scam

DanEzell

When you buy buy a Bluetooth device that is supposed to work with your telephone, you would think that the blood pressure monitor would be something that you could track or it would at least send you an email telling you what your blood pressure is. I'm very disappointed with this product and will probably be taking it back.

Not worth your time

Raziel012

It doesn't support all of the Walgreen blood pressure monitors.

Worse app I ever used

czzzla

Worthless..... Don't waste time! It has ZERO feature you can do. Can not connect to iHeath. LIMITED reward per day, per month etc... Basically YOU GET NOTHING. So don't waste your time doing this just go exercise without it. :)

Worthless, doesn't work

I was able to get my iPhone to recognize the wrist blood pressure monitor, but it won't sync. I paid extra $$ for this feature but since it won't sync I'm going to return it. Poorly designed. Worthless app. I'd give it zero stars if I could.

Less that worthless

Gvwordguy

My iPhone (latest iOS version) pairs/connects with my new bp monitor but this app says "unsupported device" and then that it couldn't find the device. Walgreens should NEVER have allowed their name on the app. This lack of judgment has me rethinking CVS. One star is too many!

Worthless App

I agree with all of the other reviews. Do not buy this blood pressure device thinking it will work with this app. Totally useless. Never synced, wasted way too much of my time and frustrating. Taking back this morning! I will buy a less expensive model which will do exactly the same thing.

Does Not Work

Skip345

Purchased unit and was going to use app for my mom who has congestive heart failure and atrial fib. Was a good way to keep track on the mobile app her blood pressure and heart rate. The app does not connect, does not upload it is terrible. Wasted too much time trying to connect! I would recommend that you do not waste any time trying to connect this app to your cell phone. Using Apple cell phone 5s.

Did anybody from Walgreens leaders actually tried this app?

Why do big companies always hire incompetent programmers do to their apps? This app is worthless, constant crashes, constantly logging you out, not syncing,...
