Cannot get app to send verification code; or when I called support; I’m still waiting on email link to reset password. Two hours after I requested code I got like 8 expired codes. Getting any kind of useful help with this app is awful!

I just bought the blood pressure monitor, and downloaded the app. My experience as the previous reviewer. The app crashes as soon as I login. I’ve deleted, and reinstalled, with the same result. The app is non functional for my iPhone 7 with the latest iOS. I wish I did have to put one star on the app. It hasn’t worked for me, yet.
